Get To Know Julie

Julie Carver is a proud native of Haywood County. She attended Haywood County Schools and graduated from Haywood High School in 1994 before earning her Bachelor of Science in Speech and Language Therapy from Lambuth University. She went on to receive her Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Freed-Hardeman University.

For 22 years, Julie dedicated her life to the classroom, teaching in both the Haywood County School System and at Trinity Christian Academy. She considers herself blessed to have spent more than two decades as an educator, cherishing the gift of teaching and the many meaningful relationships she built with students and their families along the way.

In 2018, Julie earned her real estate license and began working as an agent while still teaching. By May 2021, she made the leap to pursue real estate full-time—a decision that allowed her to combine her love of serving others with her passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams. She prides herself on building relationships rooted in trust and commitment. Julie’s hard work has earned her recognition as a Million Dollar Producer for three years and a Multi-Million Dollar Producer for the last three years.

Beyond real estate, Julie is deeply invested in her community. She is a member of Fellowship Bible Church in Jackson, a graduate of the Haywood Leadership Class of 2022, and has served with the American Heart Association, Leadership Haywood County, and the Carl Perkins Child Abuse Center. She is also an active volunteer at the Brownsville Haywood County Animal Shelter, where her love for animals shines.

When she’s not working, Julie enjoys spending time with her family, working out, and doting on her beloved pets. She has been married to her husband, Cliff, for 29 years, and together they have three beautiful daughters—McKenzie, Chloe Grace, and Bella. The Carver family calls Brownsville home.
